Truly outstanding. Very passionate , open and honest.
Before my experience of the loss and arrangements for my Dad , my view had always been quite ignorant in relation to the whole process.
Whitaker and Wood changed that! All of my worries and fears of a complicated process, literally vanished. I felt so comforted by the caring and genuine nature of Malcolm who showed compassion and comfort from collecting my father from Blackpool Victoria and then making looking at peace in the chapel of rest . . No words can express how grateful i will always be . I need to express the importance of anyone going through this experience having need to know that they turn what is the worse time (death of a loved one) into a remarkable journey. It takes very special people to be able to carry out with dignity and honour this very personable service.
They exceeded all of my wishes and every detail was captured. Inspirational.I can highly recommend their services
