Kind and helpful

I had the task of organising my uncle’s cremation. I also live 200 miles away, which I feared was going to make more difficulties. Unfortunately he had no money, but I was told about Direct Funerals. I cannot praise Jill enough for her thoughtful and kind help. She talked me through the process and arranged everything. This was a really good experience and I am more grateful than I can say.
