After the death of my mother, I found Simon and Jill through an on-line search of funeral directors in the local area. Right from the initial contact I felt confident in their sincerity and ability to provide the very best for mum, listening and advising me and my brother throughout the process in a clear and transparent manner during our numerous phone conversations, emails and meeting. It was at our meeting where we met with their choice of celebrant James who took the time to understand mum’s life story, putting together a touching and personal ‘celebration of life’ which he delivered perfectly on the day of the service.
Whilst a difficult time, Simon and Jill’s diligence to the formalities meant we could remember mum confident that everything was being taken care of and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
