Absolutely awful company

Funeral arangements had been made for this company to collect a family member when she had passed away as she sadly didnt have long left, funeral was arranged too, and then when she had died we could not get in contact with anyone to collect her and didnt hear back for 3 days after, shop is still closed and had to go with another funeral directors at last minuet. When they did contact back she denied any responsibility.
