Hiltons took such good care of my dad. He looked so rested and at peace when we saw him. The arrangements were safe and professional and very personal. We chose a smaller company as we wanted my dad to be treated as an individual and we definitely achieved that. I would recommend fully... I was shocked to see negative reviews on here and do not trust anonymous reviews, the Thank You cards covering the office wall speak volumes to me
Louris and her family provided service of the most exceptional quality. Louris herself is the epitome of professionalism, but still has that personal touch. Her dignified demeanour, the care she exhibited towards our darling dad was a great comfort to all the family. The little extras she provided were so welcome in difficult circumstances. We can’t recommend this lady and her family highly enough. Thank you Louris for making a horrible day a little more bearable.

Appeared to be a caring, compassionate individual. Discovered our family's private business had been gossiped about and details surrounding our loss and private affairs discussed with strangers. Reported this individual, and she denied everything. Our solicitors have proof. We are taking matters further.
Thank you so much for taking good care of my mother in law Mrs June gardener,you picked her up from the hospital and treated her with dignity and respect . You placed her in your chapel of rest were she looked so peaceful. You showed my family great compassion and treated us with great respect . Very friendly there when ever we need to speak to you nothing was to much for you . The day of the funeral you and your team was very professional and we will never forget that and will highly recommended you once again thank you .
Funeral arangements had been made for this company to collect a family member when she had passed away as she sadly didnt have long left, funeral was arranged too, and then when she had died we could not get in contact with anyone to collect her and didnt hear back for 3 days after, shop is still closed and had to go with another funeral directors at last minuet. When they did contact back she denied any responsibility.
