On behalf of my family I would like to thank everyone at Desmond L Bannon for a first class service that was provided for my father’s funeral today (15/12/20)
From the very first point of contact with our local branch in Kirkby everyone was very professional and treated us with such respect and dignity, nothing was too much trouble.
Everything from arriving early to our home to collect dad on the morning, to planning the route and making sure everyone was comfortable with everything was superb and I feel we were treated with respect and dignity.
I’m sorry I didn’t catch all the staff names involved, but I wholeheartedly believe that you couldn’t have done better, thank you all for making a very sad day more bearable. Kevin
