Devestatingly awful

From beginning to end it was handled very poorly. The staff have no idea of what is appropriate behaviour ,making jokes to family members while they are waiting to visit the relative who has died. Listening to music on phone during the visit. Mistake after mistake and no apology. My biggest regret is using bannons. .If you need to arange a funeral I advise you to go elsewhere
