Nothing was too much trouble

I live nearly 300 mls from Liverpool and although grieving had willingly accepted the responsibility of organising our Mum’s funeral.
From my first contact with Clare I was treated like a friend, she confidently guided me through the process with humour and compassion- nothing was too much trouble. When I was struggling, she spoke to and gave me the name and tel number of a bag-piper, who made Mums funeral so special and dignified.
Thank you Clare and Lawrence your help in such difficult times have left us with lovely memories, we will be forever grateful.
