When everything seems too sad...
It is very hard to know where to begin with CS Boswell and Carl and Kirsty - I guess the proof of the pudding is whether I would want them to attend to me and my funeral and the answer would have to be yes I would.
From the very beginning and collecting mum from our house in a lovely estate car, designed for coffins, rather than the Private Ambulance van to the final part of the Crematorium their attention to detail was outstanding. They make you believe that you are their only customers - it is (as it should be) very personal, very kind, very touching - full of respect for our mother and ensuring that every little details is taken care of.
If you want a funeral director to release you from the pain and your broken heart and to guide you through this extremely sad time then I would say use CS Boswell\'s - we could not fault them.
So, thank you to everyone who helped us in this Company.
Carl, you were outstanding.
