When everything seems too sad...

It is very hard to know where to begin with CS Boswell and Carl and Kirsty - I guess the proof of the pudding is whether I would want them to attend to me and my funeral and the answer would have to be yes I would.
From the very beginning and collecting mum from our house in a lovely estate car, designed for coffins, rather than the Private Ambulance van to the final part of the Crematorium their attention to detail was outstanding. They make you believe that you are their only customers - it is (as it should be) very personal, very kind, very touching - full of respect for our mother and ensuring that every little details is taken care of.
If you want a funeral director to release you from the pain and your broken heart and to guide you through this extremely sad time then I would say use CS Boswell's - we could not fault them.
So, thank you to everyone who helped us in this Company.
Carl, you were outstanding.

We as a family cannot rate Carl and his team high enough. I would and have highly recommended him to other people . Carl made sure everything was just right from the first time we contacted him . Nothing was too much trouble and he certainly went the extra mile . Thank you Carl.

Our Mother died in May 2018 following a very distressing illness. At the time you are looking for help as to what happens next. We had heard locally that C.S.Boswell were excellent Funeral Directors who would take care of Mum and help us too. On that sad morning Carl arranged for our Mum to be collected from the Nursing Home, and treated her with great care and dignity. From that morning onwards we as a family were looked after by Carl and Kerstie and their team. Our mum looked so peaceful in the Chapel of Rest and was dressed exactly as we had asked. We were helped so much by Carl on the day of cremation all our requests were completed without us having to think about anything. It was a very sad day and for someone to take complete charge meant we could just be a grieving family. Carl and Kerstie acted so professionally, helped us so much. We couldn’t have had anything better for our Mum. Thank you Carl & Kerstie for being caring and sensitive.
