A difficult day made bearable

Please accept our sincere thanks Peter for making a very difficult day for us bearable. Your professionalism and expertise from day one was clearly evident and many at the service for Dad commented on how lovely it was. Thank you especially for including our daughters in the reading for their Grandad even though neither of them were able to read it themselves. It meant a lot to them. It showed how caring and compassionate you are. You’re a credit to your profession and have our heartfelt thanks. Lily and Tony
