I cannot speak more highly of the service provided by Craig for both my parents. Craig is a very affable young man whose sincerity, dignity, compassion and reverence reflects in his family business…..nothing is too much trouble and he made the whole process so smooth from the very beginning to the end! He made a difficult time much easier through his giving of information every step of the journey and by the superb and respectful way he executed his duties. I would highly recommend Worcester Funerals to anyone who needed such a bespoke and personal journey for their loved ones. Fabulous firm to deal with!

i cant express how helpful Craig and Sharon were. Nothing was too much hassle and they made the whole process soo much easier. Having used other local funeral directors in the past i can safely say they were the best!!

They went above and beyond to help accommodate our wishes. It was wonderful being able to rely on them during a very difficult time. I'm so glad we chose Worcester Funeral Service, we were helped at every stage, given choices and information to make our decisions. We were spoken to at all times with sensitivity and care. First spoke to craig to gain some information prior to dad passing away, he was very kind and gave me lots of options and made me feel very comfortable and didnt pressurise me. Weeks later dad passed away and spoke to sharon who again was very kind a respectful with my wishes. The whole arrangements were handled professionally and respectfully. Very good service!

We had to arrange a small but respectful funeral for a distant relative who lived over 150 miles away. Worcester Funeral Services were recommended by the coroner and they took care of all of the arrangements in a friendly, efficient and caring way.

Just like Caroline the meeting with Craig was very professional but whilst waiting for the funeral we could not get in touch to be able to see the body of my brother. Notice was not put in the local paper as promised and 5 months later I have not managed to get his ashes.
Many phone calls and promises but nothing else.
Very good firm at the start but very poor after that.

I contacted the funeral home after my step father passed away because he wasn't one for fuss and had made it clear that he didn't want a ceremony or anything. From the first time I spoke to the gentleman from the funeral home to when they brought my step dad back to me they were fantastic at talking me through everything and answering my many questions. The gentleman that brought my step dad home to me was so kind and caring and I really appreciated him calling him by his name when passing him to me. I hope I don't have to do this again any time soon but I can honestly say that if I do I will be again using Worcester funeral as they helped make a very difficult and painful time a lot easier to navigate through with their kindness and patience whilst I was trying to struggle through. From the first call to my step dad's return home they organised everything and kept me informed and reassured. I am forever grateful to them for kindly guiding me through one of the most difficult experiences I've had.

Craig and his team were so helpful with mys arrangements. Everything went really smoothly and they took all the stress away from us. Also arranged a lovely personal burial of ashes for us a week later which was also great. Would strongly recomend their services

Initial meeting with Craig was very professional and the Funeral itself went very smoothly. However despite numerous phone calls and emails 3 months later we have still not received my mothers Ashes. When he finally answered the phone I made an appointment to meet Craig at the funeral parlour and he didn't turn up. He then promised to deliver my Mothers ashes to my house and also failed that appointment. I am desperate to put my mother to rest and this is unacceptable.
