My Mother’s Funeral

From the first meeting with Jem he made me and my family feel at ease, it was one of the most difficult times for us all and he helped us along the way. On the day of the funeral Karen made sure my dad was informed what was going on and helped him at the difficult time, reassuring him. They gave my mum a wonderful send off and we can’t thank them enough. They went that extra mile.

It was the best decision we ever made to choose our local funeral directors, Jem and Karen. From the moment I met them the whole burden was lifted from me and they just took care of everything for the whole ten days before the funeral. There were endless consultations about the programme, the service and the rest, and they paid such incredible attention to detail. I couldn’t imagine how anyone could have done any of it better. On the day itself they ensured that the funeral was absolutely perfect. And then their advice about ashes and all the follow up was perfect, too. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Never thought we'd be in the position that We'd need a funeral director in this time in my life especially not for our first born. But somehow In This terrible time Mead Family funerals took us under their wing and created the most beautiful 'goodbye' we could ever ask for.
They answered questions we didn't even know we had and nothing was too much for them. So happy we choose them. Couldn't thank them enough.
