Losing my dad has been so hard on myself and my family but jeff and the team at A E smiths have been there throughout. The team have gone above and beyond my expectations of providing a professional, quality and friendly service to my family. Jeff is a wonderful bloke who added a personal touch to our encounters. He helped us decide what was best for my dads funeral and treatment, he walked the full way to the church on funeral day, he put on a blue tie because my dad was a Chelsea supporter, to give my dad the final laugh as his sons are man u supporters, he arranged for me to spend some more time with my dad when the funeral was over and I wasn't ready to say goodbye and drove us home after the funeral.
The family thought that once the service was over that would be the end of contact, we was delightfully surprised. 7 months later (tonight) we got invited to an A E smiths remembrance service for all of the families who had lost someone. This was a beautiful ceremony with choir singing, readings, hymns, candle lighting, pray, tea and cake. Definitely recommend going.
Lossing someone is heartbreaking and stressful, I totally recommend that you let A E smiths take some of the stress off you. I never once felt pressured into something I didn't want or felt like I wasn't being listened too.
Im sure there is just as nice people working there but i advise you seek jeff.
