Throughout the whole grieving process, she makes her services available 24/7 and more importantly, she treats your loved one’s remains with the utmost respect and dignity. The Chapel of Rest at Olivet Chapel is a haven of peace and tranquility and it is reassuring to know that your dear departed is safely cradled in Jayne’s capable hands.
I cannot speak highly enough of this remarkable woman and would have no hesitation recommending her in the future to family and friends. She is quite simply excellent!

The one thing you want for the person you have lost is to give them a lovely funeral, Jayne E Verity funeral services did just that. Jayne thinks of everything, her lovely calm manner puts you completely at ease to ensure the day goes well. They are so professional and yet still manage to be a caring family friendly service. Her prices are incredibly competitive, she managed to give us a great funeral and worked with us around our budget, which was so helpful. Her team and extended team of people just made the whole day very special. Jo Jarvis who was the celebrant for the funeral was wonderful. Jaynes function rooms were fantastic, the food and service was lovely. We can now relax knowing we gave my sister-in-law the send off she deserved. Thank you Jayne, and team, you were incredible.

Our very first contact with Jayne was very good her approach in helping the family was excellent . The service she offers was very good from start to Finnish . The care Jayne took in helping mother and myself when father passed, led mother to leave instructions that Jayne was to handle arrangements when her own time came.
The seemingly never-ending patience, consideration and attention to detail Jayne and her staff afforded every aspect of the arrangements when it did come mother's turn helped make a day of tribute into a very special one indeed.
Feedback I later received from mother's friends who attended, suggested they too were impressed and indicated that I will not be the only one to recall that day with fondness in future.
Today we said farewell to my Unxle Jack The service was held at Lawnswood and was organised by Jayne who I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone requiring these services The lady celibrant was lovely then the funeral tea was held at Headingley Golf Club on Jaynes recommendation the food was wonderful Thank you to all involved

Receptionist was crule & rude & unable to ansear even basic questions. Would avoid using unless you like being lied to and more stress adding at an already difficult time.
Jayne gave us a very thoughtful,sympathetic and very efficient service went mum passed away. From meetings with family, making sure we all were happy with arrangements, nothing seemed too much trouble, she organised almost everything in a respectful sympathetic way. We used her own rooms and the area was nicely laid out, food was good and it was a convivial place for all to chat, and she was on hand personally for most of the time, making non pushy suggestions of what to do with flowers etc.
Unfortunately it is not the first time we have had the call to use Jayne, in the last 11 years we have lost several family members and Jayne has always looked after us exceptionally well.
Highly recommended to guide a family through a difficult time.
