So grateful to Sarah, Ruth and the other staff at Full Circle for helping my family to give my dad a perfect send-off. Right from the day he died, Full Circle were there to hold our hands through the process and the finished ceremony was just as we wanted it to be. The staff at Full Circle are knowledgeable, caring and empathetic. Thank you all.

Many thanks to Ruth who helped with all the arrangements for our Mother's funeral. She was very understanding and eased us into the funeral process and decision making, leaving us feeling that we could rely on her to follow through with our requests to make our Mother's funeral a very personal experience.

From our first meeting onwards we received outstanding support and help making the many decisions/choices necessary to plan our Mum's funeral. Every option was explained and clarified in a calm,clear and unhurried way which made a difficult and emotional time much easier for us. The organisation and arrangements all went perfectly producing just the funeral we hoped for!

Full Circle arranged my Dad's funeral recently and were absolutely brilliant to work with. They were compassionate, resourceful and attentive and it's thanks to them that we were able to give Dad the bespoke, personal send off we wanted. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Dave and Jade from Full Circle took care of the arrangements for my mother's funeral in a caring, professional and personable way. They were very supportive by explaining all the options, making it clear that we could do whatever worked for us and giving us sufficient time to think it all through. They were always friendly, helpful and not overly formal throughout and you could see that they really cared about helping in any way they could. This really made a massive difference at a difficult time.

Just What We Needed

Funerals are a sad time for the family organising them. Mum's funeral was a sad time but the service from Sarah and her team at Full Circle made it so much more bearable. Full Circle were able to take away the concerns, worries and hassle in organising the funeral, something that we had very little experience in. Sarah was great at suggesting ideas for the service and quickly understood what kind of a funeral the family wanted. The available options were clearly explained and we were able to put together a very personalised plan. We had a small family service at a crematorium followed by a thanksgiving service at the local parish church and then a wake at one of Mum's favourite tea shops. Full Circle organised it all in every detail from announcements to order of service to the beautiful flowers. As a result the day ran very smoothly. The family did not have to worry about a thing and this then gave us the opportunity to concentrate on the important matters of the day.

I already knew about the Natural Death Centre website and you were the closest funeral director on the list. When I met Sarah, I knew straight away that you would be perfect. At our initial meeting, Sarah was very open about all of the options available. I had no idea what path we would end up taking and throughout the whole process I felt guided but not rushed. Sarah realised that it was going to take me a while to make decisions and she gave me the space and information to do that. All of the staff were incredible. I felt cared for, I felt safe, I felt comfortable with everyone. I also knew that they would look after Andrew �“ that he wasn’t just a number, he was someone who was very loved. The building is very welcoming �“ such a contrast to traditional funeral directors with closed curtains and a headstone in the window! It was such a lovely space we decided to hold our memorial service there �“ it felt safe and peaceful and I knew we would be looked after. There are not enough superlatives to express my gratitude to Sarah and her team. At what was probably the worst time in my life they looked after me and they helped us to create a very meaningful and beautiful service for my husband. They have also followed up with support and I feel like they are still in the background looking out for me. Above and beyond anything I could have imagined. At our first meeting Sarah told me that we would create a final, beautiful and special memory with Andrew. I wouldn’t have thought it was possible for this to happen, but that is exactly what we did. Everyone has told me how perfect it was. David did an amazing job as our celebrant and we all felt that the service truly reflected how much Andrew was loved, which was what I wanted. I would wish the same for anyone else having to go through this process.

Sarah and her team went way beyond what one normally expects from a funeral director. They were incredibly empathetic whilst remaining professional at all times making the whole process so much easier to cope with. The attention to detail was amazing which meant that we were able to say goodbye to my sister in a way that felt wholly appropriate to her. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Full Circle Funerals to anyone but especially those who are looking for a more personalised touch.
