The staff at The Knowle were excellent. From the initial phone call, the arrangement and the day of the service was exemplary.
Shaun Roberts kept me informed every step of the way, answering every question that was asked of him.
Hopefully, I'll never need to arrange another funeral, but I will certainly ring The Knowle if I do.

Very disappointed the way I have been treeted from your service
In keighley I payed over £7000
In cash for my husbands funreal
And my own no November 2017 they have still got his ashes I booked for him to have is ashes put in the garden at the knowl but still waiting it's so upsetting no one rings you back to tell you anything all my family and friends are disgusted I want my husband put to rest as soon as possible Mrs B Goldsbrough

Following his death thirteen years ago The Knowle looked after my Dad . When I went to see him I was so pleased in how Dad had been laid to rest and I told the funeral director at that time. The Knowle is a beautiful place, quiet and restful and i would gave no hesitation in recommending their services. In fact, I am currently organising my own pre-paid funeral plan so that when the time comes I know I will also be dealt with in the same caring, dignified way as my father.
