Outstanding service from an outstanding team

Rose, Bill and the team provided outstanding and compassionate service when my father sadly passed away. We knew from the offset we were in safe hands during a very difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble, their attention to detail was second to none and they went above and beyond for our family on a daily basis in the run up to the funeral and even after the day was over they continued to offer support.

I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us during this time.

Our family cant thank you enough, both Rose and Bill Kane went above and beyond in their care of us at such a sad and wretched time. Nothing was too much trouble, we are so glad we found them. Rose came to our family home and sensitively guided us through the blurr of making arrangements. I would say the service they provide is second to none, everything is very personalised , caring and professional Rose took time to listen to us and discuss/suggest possible options including photographs and music. On the day it really was a celebration of my wonderful Dads life and Rose spoke as though she had known him for years. All in all even though losing him has been so wretched Kanes really have made such a massive difference at this difficult time. I cant thank them enough and hope this review helps you find them in your time of need

Simply amazing people cannot thank you enough

My beautiful dad Douglas Sharp passed away on 4th Nov 2016. I cannot express enough how amazing Rose and Bill Kane were with the organising of my dad's funeral . The care and compassion given to my family at such a gut wrenching difficult time really was amazing . How my dad was looked after , how we could see him helped so much to say goodbye. How you came to the family home and listened and advised was so lovely . Nothing was too much trouble from the photos to the hand made flower cards and cat paw prints . Every last detail you gave , you helped us do a beautiful service for my dad and we did him proud. Thanks are not enough, I am truly grateful we found you and would not hesitate to give your company name to anyone who needed it . X

The whole team working at this company have the upmost respect both for the family and their deceased loved one.we have used them on 2 occasions and they have shown us that they treat you as a friend and do exactly what you ask of them , tailoring your funeral plans to what you want for your loved one.we receive invites to events after the funeral is over so we can remember our loved ones. Keep up the good work you are all a special team.

Caring, kind, friendly, helpful and genuine - All what you need when your worlds turned upside down at such a sad time.
Been to 4 family funerals recently, all done by Kane's.
All very different, all so personal but all so just right, cleverly done by Rose.
