I would like to thank Ballard and Shortall for a first class service. They not only provided a stress free service but did so in a caring and compassionate way. Nothing was too much trouble at a very vulnerable time. I know I speak for my whole family when I express my wholehearted gratitude for their support and kindness.

As a family we would like to thank everyone at Ballard & Shortall for their kindnesses & attention to detail on all the advise that was given to us for the late Arthur Cournane (my father.) From our very first meeting with Clare her care and compassion put us at ease at a very sad time in our lives.

The family thought it was a lovely touch how Ballard and Shortall staff showed their last respects to the hearse and limousine as we passed the Funeral parlour and made our way to the crematorium.

We would like to express our gratitude to all the staff at Ballard and Shortall.

I could not have asked more than Ballard & Shortall provided. From first meeting Dave and his colleagues I was treated with the utmost kindness and consideration. Nothing was too much trouble. Phoning up with questions or a change of mind about some detail was dealt with in a very prompt and sympathetic manner. Sound advice at every step of the way, nothing pushy just quiet advice and support. The day could not have been better planned. Cannot thank them enough for all they did to make my late wife's Service so memorable.

Perfect Funeral

Our family lost a loving husband, father, grandfather and had to suffer quite a delay in finalising all the arrangements for the funeral but we were helped enormously by the staff at Ballard and Shortall who could not have done more for us. I would like to thank Manjit especially who, although very new in the profession, was especially helpful and considerate. Clare and Nicki were also excellent in explaining each step for us. The family were especially touched to see the staff standing outside to pay their respects as we went past in the cars. I cannot praise them all enough for their care and attention.

My Dad's Funeral

My dear Dad passed away in early March 2017 and I was devastated by the loss. I walked into the offices of Ballard and Shortall in a dark fog of grief. Every step of the way, I was helped by the staff with kindness, compassion and sensitivity. On the day of the funeral, I was so proud of the beautiful and dignified way in which Ballard and Shortall conducted the arrangements. My Dad would have been so pleased with such a fitting and wonderful farewell. I cannot thank you all enough, and to this day, I am filled with emotion at how much dignity and attention to detail was accorded my darling Dad on this most painful of occasions. It made it both memorable and bearable. I feel nothing but deep gratitude and appreciation.
