The service provided by Donna and the team for my father’s funeral was excellent throughout and made a very stressful time more bearable. They were down to earth compassionate and helpful in the run up to the day and professional and efficient on the day. Cannot fault them and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

I would highly recommend William Mitchell Funeral Directors, the attention to detail was second to none. Alf went over and above, he guided us through this very sad and distressing time for any family. The personal touches he suggested and we carried through made even more precious memories for us as a family. It was comforting to know that my brother Michael was kept on their premises until his funeral, that was very important to us. Thank you Alf.

Upon walking into William Mitchell we were greeted by Alf and knew straight away that my husband Neil would be in safe hands. As a family we were shown up most respect and compassion. Alf guided our family every step of the way and made Neil’s’ leaving bash’ as Neil called it a wonderful send off and lasting memory. Thank you Alf for also recommending Tony West who did a beautiful personal service.

Three years ago I arranged my mother's funeral with William Mitchell and was most impressed with their service, attention to detail, helpful manner and friendliness so when my husband passed away whilst on a cruise recently I immediately got in touch with them again. Thank goodness I did, Donna and Alf were so helpful every step of the way at this very difficult time and went "above and beyond" in making numerous phone calls over several weeks to authorities in both the U.K. and Antigua and eventually driving to London to bring him back home. All their arrangements for the funeral went perfectly - you could not do better than entrust these people with your loved ones funeral arrangements

My mother’s funeral was dealt with by Donna and Alf in a superbly professional but also very personally caring manner. They also assisted with other logistic arrangements for the day which was so very helpful. The whole process proceeded so smoothly with the minimum of intrusion that all our family and friends commented it was such a fitting goodbye to ‘Kitty’. What a fine team that I recommend without reservation.

Not living locally Tim and I had to find a Funeral Director quickly after loosing my dad over the May Bank Holiday weekend. I would recommend William Mitchell to anyone suffering a bereavement. The service from Donna and Alf was excellent throughout and we could not have asked for more - they were very kind and extremely professional.
It was not the easiest of funeral services to organise. However thanks to William Mitchell everything went very smoothly and I know that dad would have been proud. Thanks again Donna and Alf.

MY FAMILY HAS USED 4 DIFFERENT FUNERAL DIRECTORS IN THE LAST 5 YEARS DUE TO FAMILY BEREAVEMENT, 2 OF WHICH WERE ALDRIDGE BASED. MY FAMILY CANNOT BELEIVE THE CARE AND COMPASION THAT IS GIVEN BY DONNA AND HER TEAM.
THEY ARE PROFFESSIONAL IN EVERYTHING THE DO FROM, THE MOMENT YOU WALK THROUGH THE DOOR YOU KNOW THIS IS WHERE YOUR LOVED ONE SHOULD BE.
NOTHING IS TO MUCH TROUBLE FOR THEM, THE PREMISES ARE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, NOT LIKE THE OLD TYPE FUNERAL DIRECTORS, DULL AND DREARY, THE TWO NEW MEMBERS OF STAFF (BILL & BEN) ARE A BREATH OF FRESH AIR, YOU WALK IN GREIVING AND FEELING SAD,BUT 2 MINUTES WITH BILL & BEN YOUR MOOD IS CHANGED.
IF I WERE ABLE TO GIVE THIS COMPANY 10 STARS I WOULD, THATS HOW GOOD THEY ARE, BUT I CAN ONLY GIVE 5.
