From the moment I entered their door I felt fully supported by the empathetic and professional team at Lilies, Sutton Coldfield. Put in sole care of Moms arrangements for her final journey I felt daunted by the whole process but immediately I was put at ease by the personal, caring and professional staff at Lilies. They catered for every choice I made for Mom and made the whole process easier to bear. I cannot praise Lilies highly enough and would recommend them for anyone who is looking for a funeral directors that will give their loved ones the best possible final journey.

We arranged the cremation of my late father Horace with Lilies and have to say that the process was flawless throughout. Nathan is a very helpful, knowledgeable and approachable person which was a great help to us all in creating the type of service that we wanted. Special thanks too to Jill at Cordis Midlands Civil Celebrant who arranged and delivered an absolutely superb service.

From the very first call with Lee, through to the day of the funeral, I was treated with great care and the focus was on what we needed as a family.
Nothing was too much bother.
I felt a relief that Denis, my brother, was being looked after by Lilies. I knew he was safe. On the day, the cars arrived on time and everything went like clock work.
I would recommend Lilies to anyone looking for the right company to care for their deceased loved ones.

Pain to serenity

I first met Nathan to talk about the possibility of dressing "mommy Kit" for her funeral. I had never done it before and on the day i was obviously not in a "happy place" as i loved this lady as my own mother and wanted to make her proud. Nathan was "amazing" at how he talked and reassured me throughout the process of doing this. He made me feel "totally at ease" every step of the way!. The rest of what Nathan,Lee and all the staff at Lillies provided was "above and beyond" their professional remit" Nothing was to much to ask for. Their capacity to make sure that "everything and everyone" was treated with the uppermost respect and care both before, during and after the funeral, was endless.
These two young men have an "empathy" that is undeniable, they take the time to "listen and act on" whatever it is that you require to give your loved one the "unique" send off you want for them.
Every single person noted how personal and stunning Nathan and Lee made the day. If you choose to "entrust" Lillies to provide you with your funeral arrangements, you most certainly" will not" regret it.
To Nathan i say "a massive Thank you" and to Lillies as a whole, i say WOW! what an amazing,Beautiful,serene day you provided for "Princess Kitty"!

From the first contact with Nathan and Lee, everything was dealt with professionally and in a caring compassionate manner. The service they offered was caring, supportive and more importantly personable. I could not have wished for a better 'send off' for my beloved mom. Nothing was too much trouble and are wishes and requests granted. Nathan and Lee went above and beyond my expectations and I would 100% recommend lilies funeral directors! Thank you Nathan and Lee form making a very upsetting and emotional time and little less stressful

From the initial meeting, Nathan was kind, caring and made an emotional time a lot easier. I wish him all the best, I hope we don't have to see him any time soon but when the time comes I will use Nathan again.
