We cannot praise J R Jones enough. They made a very difficult time a lot easier. The staff are very professional and went the extra mile to ensure our Dad had the send off he deserved. In particular Emily and Dave were amazing. We could not have asked for a better service. They exceed expectations. Thank you so much for the care you gave Dad and us all at this time.

My husband and myself would like to thank Emily and the team at Jones for the way they looked after and helped us arrange a fitting funeral for our beloved son.
Everyone we came in contact with could not have been more compassionate and caring. Please accept our sincere thanks, and be assured we will always recommend your company to anyone who finds themselves in this distressing situation.

would like to thank Emily and Dawn for arranging the service with me and also Ian and his colleagues for their part on the day of the funeral. I can only say they were all so proffesional from start to finish all of my family and friends were in total agreement , Thanks for everything

Totally took the stress out of the arrangements, and the day itself. Every member of staff was very compassionate and caring. We never had to worry about a thing, brilliantly organised. We were very pleased with everything. Thank you.

I cant understand why there are no reviews at this time, I can honestly say the trauma of organising a funeral is so so sad ,but it has to be done and in my experience in organising my late husbands funeral J R Jones did a very good job in organising from start to finish and im so elated by them the people were on hand when you needed them to its took me a while to write this 8 months to let them know I really appreciate them,so thank you from the bottom of my heart. kind regards Sheila. x
