We all at some point in our life have experienced loosing a loved one. Not only is this a heart-breaking time but can also be stressful. We are not only dealing with our own personal grief but we have to deal with the formalities and paperwork that goes with laying our loved one to rest.
We lost our dad last year and was recommended by a family friend to give Hicktons of Castle Bromwich a call as they would be able to help us start the arrangements for our dad funeral.
We met with the administrator Roger who from the start made us feel so important and reassured us that our dad would be looked after with the upmost respect and care.
He helped us sort all the paper work out in fact we didn't have to do much at all.
As a daughter Roger was the breath of fresh air I needed to make sure my dad had the most beautiful funeral he surely deserved.
I cant thank all the team at Hickton enough for their love and support at such sad time. You guys are truly amazing. Thank you so so much.
My husband and I have been so happy with the service we received from Hickton that we have even started our own pre-paid funeral plan.
