Rathbones have treated our family with such disrespect and caused great pain. NEVER use them! We lost our family member two years ago and our headstone was sold to us with them knowing the cemetery would not allow the fixings the headstone would need but never told us that! The headstone has moved and is not longer straight and this has happened so many times and each time they never get it right. Now they are asking us to pay £600 to get it right!! How awful. All my family are in tears and pain. We are so angry and frustrated and worse there is no compassion and no empathy. They get everything wrong and their Funeral Manager is cold like ice. Money grabbing and liable. Worse decision we ever made as a family. We have told all our friends and families never to use them. Nice to your face but any problems they really do not care or help in any way. Disgusting. We should have gone to Clifford & Sons as advised.
