Tony Clarkes exceptional Service

I honestly can not fault Tony's service. He really went above and beyond to help us meet mams wishes. He added additional little personal touches at no additional cost. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the deceased and their family. His empathy and professionalism made a terrible time easier to bear.

The right choice

When my mother passed away in November we had to do as everyone else has to do and choose a funeral director. As this is thankfully not something we have any experience we were left having to ‘ ring around’
We rang approx 5 directors but as soon as Tony answered the phone his voice just sounded so friendly and professional and not formal. He was able to advise and answer any questions we had on that first call.
We made our decision and it remained the right one throughout Both Tony and his assistant Kelly showed respect , caring and professionalism at all times. Nothing was too much trouble. We were kept informed every step of the way. I felt the Chapel of Rest visit was made easier by Tony’s genuine caring approach. His help on the Funeral Day was second to none throughout. He showed the utmost respect on what was a very emotional day .
My family were made to feel like friends, not customers, and I am just so pleased we made that call to Tony on that day , thank you

My Dad passed away on Nov 15th 2015 I have never had to arrange a funeral before. From the moment I spoke with Tony he put me and my family at ease at a very sad time in our life.
His care and compassion towards us was of great comfort. He went above all expect ion to give my dad a lovely send off. He even arranged for dad to go throw the Stadium of Light gates as he was a big Sunderland Fan. Dad had spent the last month of his life in hospital always in there pajamas. To see dad after Tony had given him all the care and dressed him in his own clothes made all the difference to see dad as I remembered him.

Tony has been amazing to me.Tony Clark was amazing to me when I lost my boy friend at a young age and always kept In Contact with me after he passed away.i also lost 2 dogs,Tony instantly without hesitation was there for me my Little boy Caesar passed away on Wednesday and Tony was there straight away looking after my boy.

He looked after my boyfriend and my little boys.

Tony is an amazing person he is there for anyone a true gent.he deserves a million stars the love and compassion he has for people is so beautiful you can always rely on Tony Clark he is a true blessing

please give tony Clarke 5 stars for the care he gave me when I lost my 17 year old daughter and the care he gave my daughter couldn't wish for anything more from him.

When my friend suddenly lost her husband, Tony was a rock to her, he offered her his service for free other than unavoidable costs. He kept in touch with her from start to finish (and even after the funeral). Tony went above and beyond to make sure that her husband had the send off that he deserved. He added so many lovely touches to the service to help her two young children cope with their grief, this included releasing doves after the service. I would 100% recommend tony Clarke!
