When a family member you love suddenly passes, your in total shock, the pain and heartbreak unbearable, then having to choose someone to arrange their funeral when you feel like you cannot think straight,,,,, wanting nothing but the best send off for him,,,,,, Mark , Jill and all the staff were fantastic, such a friendly, caring , thoughtful team, who showed so much compassion and guided us through the funeral process and what was available….listening carefully to us making sure we were happy with all arrangements,,,, Mark took his time as we talked about John , we told him about the things he liked , we laughed and cried , John was very patriotic and we wanted the st George cross flag draped over his coffin, Mark followed all our and Johns wishes and a beautiful send off was given to John,,,, I’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to Tynedale family funeral services for all the compassion, kindness and care they showed to us all .

Unfortunately our nana passed away 400 miles from home. Tynedale made everything so easy to get nana back home. The whole end to end service was outstanding. We sadly lost our beloved mam nana and little nannie on 10th December 2020 . I rang Tynedales and to be honest I didn't have a clue where to begin , Gill was the lady who was my first point of contact, within 1 hour she had arranged the date time and sorted the grave as I didn't know where the deeds had been put , she was so helpful and understanding, and by 4pm Mark rang me and went through everything with me step by step, even though times are unprecedented at the moment we were kept up to date with everything daily, my mam was resting in a beautiful room , and she was treated with the upmost dignity and respect. On the day of the funeral the decor on mams basket done by Joanne Goodey was absolutely beautiful as were all of our floral tributes, my mams horse and carriage was fit for a queen , the limousines were pristine, and the drivers were lovely , my mams funeral was beautiful and not forgetting to mention Tracy the humanist , who put together a beautiful tribute, I would like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all yous have done to give my mam a beautiful final journey xx

This was from the first visit to our home to discuss arrangements, the regular contact from the ladies in the office, checking arrangements and the exceptional service on the day of my mother’s funeral. We have very recently lost our much loved mam. Tynedale were faultless in the way they looked after mam while she was in their care. The professional way in which Tynedale carried out the funeral and the respect shown to mam was faultless.
