If I could award more than five stars I would. The care, compassion and dignity with which arrangements were made on the death of my husband was second to none. The support my family received from Alison, Ray and their team made the most difficult of times so much easier to cope with. I can't imagine how we would have managed without Alison's guidance and pragmatic but friendly approach.

Can not fault how well we were looked after last month by Alison & the All Seasons team. My Dads funeral was as perfect as it could have been. We really felt ‘looked after’, a truly professional & personal service. Thank you all.

I can't thank you enough Alison for your kindness, attention to detail, respect and your help. After losing 2 members of our family within 6 weeks it has been very difficult, Alison was not only helpful but also so kind and caring. All of your colleagues at all seasons too. I highly recommend Alison and her team to anyone.

My Wonderful Grandma

When my grandma passed away it was the worst thing that's happened in my life. But Dee and Alison made the funeral process so much nicer. We had a humanist funeral. They were so caring and kind and as funerals go it was a lovely service. I couldn't decide whether I wanted to write anything to be read out, I was very last minute but the ladies didn't have a problem with this and sorted it straight away the morning before my grandma’s funeral. Any questions I had were answered and helped to put my mind at ease. Every step and every detail of the funeral was explained and this helped a lot meaning we didn't have to worry. The flowers were beautiful, we took them home and put them in cases. When visiting my grandma in the chapel of rest Alison was lovely and understood me. If anyone is looking for funeral directors I would definitely recommend this company with these kind hearted ladies, Dee and Alison. Thank you very much for making my wonderful grandma’s funeral so lovely and run so smoothly.

Just a note to thank you yet again for the wonderful service that you provide. It makes a world of difference to the families concerned and is a thousand times better than the large "commercial" businesses. Your attention to detail and patience and professionalism stands out and we are really grateful for everything. The coffin looked lovely with the flowers and berries etc - hope you weren't in the woods too early in the morning! It was a great piece of mind to us knowing that everything was in your very capable hands. We would have no hesitation in recommending you and your company to others - many of the people who attended commented on how lovely everything was and how relaxing (if that is the right word) the service was. Thank you so much again and we hope that your business continues for many years to come so that people have the opportunity to see how things should be done. Thanks a million.

To thank you once again Alison for your excellent, personal, sensitive and empathetic service. The afternoon was a beautiful celebration of Mam's life. You treated everything with so much focus and deep respect. My uncle was quite in awe of you walking in front of the hearse all the way from Moorfield to Holy Name. So glad the weather was kind to us! I have felt very peaceful ever since. You helped see us through a very difficult time."
