Funeral Director in Felixstowe, Suffolk.
Lovely building ,very kind and caring staff. Made the whole process easy and kept in contact the whole time. Very professional would highly recommend.
Having just used David Button after the death of my mother I can only express my total admiration of David and his company.
David and his staff go the extra mile in helping you through some of the toughest and emotionally times of your life, they go through absolutely everything you want or need and advise you on everything they do.
They treat you not as a paying customer, but as a friend who will gladly take time to talk to you over anything.
They know what you’re feeling and the time they spent re-assuring us all will never be forgotten...even to the point of helping my little children to come to terms with our loss.
The personal touch was priceless and will be forever grateful.
We all thank you and god bless to you all.
I cannot thank Mr Button and his staff enough, not only for their professionalism but also the kindness and compassion that was shown at every stage during a very difficult and emotional time for our family.
From the first moment we met with David, empathy was shown as we discussed all the options. We were never rushed to make any decisions and any requests we made were looked into and David made sure that these were met.
I felt there was always an ‘open door policy’ and that anytime during the days leading up to my brothers funeral if we needed to talk to David or his staff they were there. Even the night before when I wanted to say my own good bye at the funeral directors, David made sure I felt comfortable and spent time talking to me to put me at ease before I was left alone.
On the day of the funeral nothing but the upmost respect was shown to us and my brother, everything that we had asked for had been done. At such an upsetting time knowing you are able to put your faith into someone else to help you say goodbye to your loved one helped more than I could put into words.
I would whole heartedly recommend Mr Button Funeral Directors and would not hesitise to you them again.
Recently my little sister passed away, she was unwell but it was still quite unexpected. I’d never arranged a funeral by myself before but the moment I made the call to David Button I felt a huge weight had been lifted. David was very respectful. My sister wanted a simple ceremony that she wanted to pay for herself. David gave me all the information based on this and didn’t once try to suggest we spend more money than my sister wanted. David was very respectful and listened while I waffled away and made me feel very comfortable talking about my sister. On the day it was all about my sister and both David and the rest of the staff made us all feel at ease and explained everything we had to do but didn’t rush anything. Losing a family member is devastating but thankfully I made the right choice when choosing David Button and I would recommend this business to anyone who wants a funeral with dignity and professionalism.
From our first meeting with David we were so impressed with his compassion and kindness at what was a difficult time. He was so helpful in organising everything and his attention to the little things that were important to us was admirable. The day of the funeral ran so smoothly and we can never thank him enough. Mum would have been so pleased.
Dear David & Emily,
Thank you so much for looking after Juliet for us. Your service was everything your sign above the door said it would be. And with the service itself, we had everything we wanted for Juliet and more. Although one is not often in the position to recommend a funeral director, I would not hesitate to recommend you.
I wish you every success in your business, but have no doubt you WILL succeed.
Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding and making such a sad time so much more bearable, you all made the day so very special for us.
