A first class service. Following the death of my father, we were helped through a traumatic time by Karl & indeed all the team who showed such respect they felt more like members of the family. Green Willows being a social enterprise, there is added comfort that we were supporting YMCA community work.
Highly recommended.
Make sure you have everything written down in contract. Not one i would use again for any family member.
I would like to thank Caz and Green Willows Funeral directors for a beautiful Funeral service . Caz was compassionate, knowledgeable, and we were treated with the upmost respect. The visual Tribute was beautiful, and provided us with much comfort at this distressing time. The whole funeral arrangements, order of service were done professionally and efficiently . Thankyou for making Rozs last journey beautiful.
My mothers funeral was arranged for Tuesday 13th Feb 18..it was upsetting enough without the added disappointment that no orders of service had arrived ! We were told that the next service after us had theres (useless information ).
Our designated director was David Thomas who we couldn't find and didn't lead us in !.you reimbursed my father a few hundred pounds which was really of no consequence .it is only today that you sent us the order of service..2 WEEKS AFTER HER FUNERAL !!
This is totally unacceptable as you must agree and as her other daughter and found the whole experience overwhelming I would have expected a written apology from you at the very least.
I called this company at 3.30am following the passing of my mother and after the necessary checks by a Doctor were undertaken to be met by an answer phone message I repeatedly called back and some hours later I am still awaiting to have a call back so my mother can rest in peace as arranged on the funeral plan. I am very unhappy with this company
I would like to thank the staff at Green Willow Funeral Home and, in particular, Srevealing Willaims, for the care, compassion and understanding they showed towards my late partner, families and me in what was an incredibly difficult time organising my late partner's funeral. Their professionalism was manifest throughout the preparations and funeral ceremony. The service they provided was excellent and Steve was always available to provide support, help and assistance.
