at our lowest time in our lives with the loss of our son , Kevin went way and above . Everything was dealt with the utmost compassion , care and respect. I can not thank Kevin enough for what he did for us , nothing was too much trouble for him , and i truly believe that he cares . Kevin Moxon has a very difficult job to do and he does it superbly well. My family turned to him, and his wife, when we were emotionally adrift and he organised everything, including an outstanding service for my father.
My father's service was well researched and personalised to the point that Kevin arranged my father's music to be played during the service. Mr Moxon states that he treats the departed, and the grieving, like his own family; my family wholeheartedly agrees. A ray of light in difficult times. Thank you Kevin.

Kevin organised and ran the service for my father. He was there for all my family's needs during the most difficult of times. Approachable, caring, and the consummate professional, Kevin went the extra mile for my father's service and arranged for some of my dad's brass band music to be recorded and played. Kevin treats you as a friend. Is willing to communicate any time . you don't need office hours with him. Goes the extra mile. He is a modern very affordable funeral service. All I can say in conclusion is try him and see just how easy dealing with a very sad time can be.

A Military Funeral was being organised in Lancaster and Mr Moxon came to the rescue when our original bugler was unable to attend and play the Last Post as part of the service. With two days notice Mr Moxon drove the four hours to Lancaster to play. He arrived on time and played wonderfully in order to support the fabulous send off my father received. We cannot thank Mr Moxon enough for stepping in and playing so beautifully.

Kevin made us feel right at ease from the moment we walked through the door, he guided us through the arrangement giving us choice and time to make the correct decisions. He listened and was very attentive throughout the arrangement, we all felt at ease and informed. Kevin kept in touch with us up to the funeral and on the day I could not have asked for anything more, his professionalism was outstanding and his care for the family second to none. I am so glad I went to Kevin and not one of the big boys in the town and I would recommend Kevin Moxon to everyone. When i lost my Nan i looked around many local Funeral directors , but on meeting Kevin I immediately decided i would let him look afer Nan, i found him to be a very caring and compassionate man who I knew would look after my Nan and all our families wishes, from start to finish nothing was too much trouble for Kevin . The send off that my Nan received was second to None .

Kevin dealt with the funeral of my aunt and everything about his service was impeccable. Anything he could do to make my aunt's service personal to us he did and there wasn't anything that was too much to ask from him. He was very professional and caring in all the arrangements and on the funeral day.
