Louise Foster took me through step by step everything that was needed to organise a funeral and everything they offered as a funeral service company. She was amazing and very kind, offering professional help and advice all the way through the sad process.
Roger and Howard were also exemplary in their handling of our funeral arrangements and I/we cannot thank them all enough for everything they did for us and our dearly loved mother.
At such a difficult time its nice to know that there is someone who will go above and beyond to help you make some of the hardest decisions. On various occasions time was given when it was time to go home, hugs were given when needed and love was shown all the time. I couldn't be any more grateful, the love and kindness that was given here was truly something to be applauded. From the bottom of my heart thank you for all you did for me and my family. xxx
