I can only rate a zero. Never ever consider using this parlour. My poor dad. Then three years on they ring to say they have his ashes. Cold and unsympathetic+ they shouldn’t be operating
we all deserve better than this awful service
Discusting unsympathetic the lady who was communicating with my daughter who has lost her partner as if he was a piece of meat not a young man who she loved. Rising to let her see him saying oh no you can not his head injury is splitting . There was no kindness or respect given.
Our family cannot thank John Lincoln and his family enough. A truly personal and professional service from start to finish which made our dad's funeral easier to cope with. Nothing is too much trouble and we thank them with all our hearts
