Following the recent loss of our Dad, we Decided to use Brundish and son , couldn't of asked for more.. Highly recommend them.Jon in particular was our saviour and go to man, nothing was to much trouble and he kept us informed all the way through.. Even slow walked past Dads much loved race course.. so caring, so individual and above all respectful.. Thankyou so much for everything you did for our dad/ husband Mick Harris xxx
Nathan Jon and staff have been so caring and helpful to myself my daughter n family in organising my husband's funeral. I really can't thank them enough ..they went out off there way .caring.talking me through it all. And on the day they were excellent..even brings the flowers back to my home for me.. they all deserve 5 stars..they phoned me.. poped round with order off service..made me feel at ease.. I cannot express how they made me feel. Will definitely recommend them and use again. Thank you guys for everything you did and went out off your way to do to make sure everything went to plan..
Nathan & Jon helped myself & our family through a very sad time when we lost my husband who was also a much loved Dad, Stepdad & Grandad.
Every detail was taken care of & we were guided through by Jon, nothing was overlooked or too much trouble. Just arrived home from my father in laws funeral and service, and I feel that I must write and leave a review about the level of service the Lawrence family and myself recieved. From the time of our first meeting with John through to the internment of his ashes, John was fantastic. Nothing was to much trouble and he always made himself available for whenever we needed him at a difficult time for us.
Like his father before him Nathan Brundish goes the extra mile to provide the best service possible at a difficult time. He is approachable, compassionate, respectful and understanding, nothing is to much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending his services and thank him and his staff for their support in a recent bereavement.
I have used brundish twice, first for my 9 month old son in 2009, in which mistakes were made, so some of the price was taken of, and my wishes the elderly man would not adhere to, due to the upset it would cause to himself and staff, I also found the way he behaved to my partner and myself rather upsetting, he was very unprofessional, as he was rather upset with it being a baby, but us being the parents expected better, however he was elderly, and did do his best, I guess if was upsetting for all.
Than in 2015, I used the company again, as they greatfully offer a payment plan, otherwise I would not of been able to afford it, and would of had to get a council funeral, in which I wanted more than that for my mum.
It was mr brundish son this time, unsure of his name, he was totally professional and compassionate, only thing I was upset over, was we chose 3 songs for our mum, in which 2 my mum had chosen before she passed, and 1 of the songs my mum wanted, they played a total different song, other than that, a fairly good service.
Brundish was recommended to me as a funeral director who really cared. They had been respectful from the first time I contacted them. They are a family business who always goes that extra mile. Even hand delivering quotations to my home address. I would give them a higher rating than 5 but unfortunately 5 is the highest.
when my husband passed away on 16 7 16 mr brundish helped me so much and I will say that any of your loved ones pass away he is the best undertakers to go to he is kind throughfull and will do anythink he can to help u with everything it is a very good undertakers and mr brundish is a very good and kind man even his staff are good and kind and throughtfull everyone there is thank you for everything brundish and son
I live overseas and in my absence Nathan Brundish handled everything on my behalf from start to finish.He made certain through emails and phone calls that I was included in decisions as if I was actually there.He even took photos and sent them to me along with the audio recording of the service.I really couldnt have asked for more. And my mum had a lovely "sendoff ".
I would highly recommend Brundish and Son as they are friendly,compassionate and caring.
Owen Brundish went the extra mile to ensure that every worry I had no matter how small was taken care of. His sensitivity helped me at a difficult time and I would recommend his funeral service to anyone.
