Thank you Phillip Preene and team for the excellent service provided following the passing away of my mother. At all times you were professional and compassionate and treated my mother with great respect and dignity. You made what has been a difficult time easier to deal with and were always on hand to offer us advice and guidance. Once again our heartfelt thanks to you all.

Extremely Professional & Caring Funeral Directors

Our family have used these funeral directors since 2013. They have always carried out their services exptremely sympathetically, always with dignity for our loved ones, given us guidance both before the service, during and afterwards, they are extremely professional. We lost my Dad in 2013, my uncle in 2015, father in law in 2019 and last week 4 days ago laid our elderly mother to rest. Mr and Mrs Preece go out of their way to oblige you if it possible, they will always try to fulfil your personal wishes and in our experience this has always been done with extreme tenderness and understanding. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend these funeral directors and their caring smart employees. Our family had specific desires for our mum's funeral and even though this could have been a headache for them they fulfilled exactly what we and Mum wanted. We were overwhelmingly delighted with the recorded choir playing my Mum's favourite hymns (as no singing allowed in church or Crematorium) and Mr Preece handled all this for us. W.H Preene & Son come highly recommend by us and many other people we know who have used them.

having used W H PREENE in the past.i was very surprised to see their zero star rating for their services .we have just lost our beloved mam and it was her wish to use MR PREENE again . we were very pleased with the care and attention to detail that he paid to our mother .we as a family wish to thank MR PREENE for the first class service we recieved
