Where do I start? my mum died from cancer and i was thrown into the unknown world of funeral directors. Who the hell were they and how were they going to help me?......Every step f the way Mel and Ron Watkins were with me, guiding me, helping, seemingly effortlessly providing all the right things and the right time. The Order of services were a dream but ONLY because Mel and Ron answered efficiently, speedily amended and never once was there a problem, even the day before the I wanted to make a further change before printing. From start to finish. I have never felt so much reanquilitj visiting my mum at the chapel of rest. It was raining and they greeting me at the car door with umbrellas. Mum was in such peace and i felt so comfortable and private to have my last words. From there the funeral, mum arriving, everything was perfect. We had a few strange request for Mel and Ron which involved a pathway of cobbles and a massive and unnerving focus to get everything right. Not once did they say no or indicate it would be difficult. They said 'yes' to everything and then executed it with perfection, respect and most importantly, feeling. I cannot recommend this family company enough.The respect and dignity they showed my mum went beyond the call of duty. Had it not been for Mel and Ron Watkins, we as a family would not be feeling so positive and that our beautiful mum is happy and had the send off she deserved.

My Dad died suddenly, a much loved man. I can only thank Ron Watkins and this family business for their help at this painful time. I wish to thank them because nothing was a problem and everything was done to minimise a horrible time for my family.
