We contacted Gornalls on recommendation of a cousin. It was to arrange the funeral of our treasured wife and mum. Gina met us at dad's home - he's 89years old and was heartbroken. Gina carefully guided us through every step to ease us through a steep learning curve.
We were so impressed throughout the process of the attention to every little detail and request. Dad was dealt with, with great understanding and empathy at a traumatic time.
We then faced national "lockdown" and new procedures and regulations kept occurring every day. In these especially difficult circumstances, changes and restrictions were dealt with sensitively.
Gina prepared mum so beautifully for us to visit her in Chapel, ahead of the funeral. My dad was overwhelmed with how mum looked and couldn't thank everyone enough.
On the day, Carl and the Gornalls team conducted mum's funeral with dignity and care. We were especially touched that Gina attended to be with us and went well beyond her remit by singing beautifully for us at the back.
I cannot thank Gina, Carl, Jill and the rest of the team for making a traumatic time so much easier and personalised to the last detail for us.

I contacted Gornalls about 5 years ago to pre-arrange my Mother's funeral as I didn't want to leave any problems for my children in case I went before her. They guided me through the necessary steps, advised me and arranged everything for me.
When the day came, they continued to guide me and even went far beyond their call of duty. Everything went smoothly on the day. I can't ever thank them enough. I would recommend them to anyone.
