They are the words I would use for Susan c Porter independent funeral directors I wanted a prepaid funeral plan from start to finish it was a total disaster no one communicated with each other and I'm still waiting for the correct bank details to this day this started the beginning of February 2016 and I'm still waiting today and it is now March 2016 good news is I've gone with someone else within a week I signed on the dotted line received all my documents that's what I call professionalism
