I would like to express my familys gratitude for the service you provided for my daughters baby who died at 20 weeks gestation. It was your branch in Everton that dealt with the funeral and the staff there were absolutely fantastic. Mary and Eileen who conducted the service were so lovely as were both the drivers and the receptionist who organised everything for my daughter Vickie and her partner Luke made it so much easier for them to deal with it all. The compassion and empathy that has been shown towards my family , I can't thank you enough for all you have done and we weren't even charged for your services which I thought was a lovely thing for Hardacres to do for bereaved parents of babies. thankyou so much , we really do appreciate everything.
