I recently had reason to contact the Birkenhead branch of this company to find out if family flowers were being accepted at my aunt's service. The phone number on the website didn't connect with the Birkenhead branch and I was told by the person who answered that the 'phones had not been switched, Lovie'. I was assured that a message would be sent to Birkenhead and that I would be contacted. A full day and two calls later I have still not been contacted. It is inappropriate to call a person Lovie at any time but especially so at a time of mourning. The service I received (or not in this instance) was unprofessional to say the least.
