Our Mum chose this Funeral Directors herself prior to departing us because she believed they were an Irish run Firm, this was not the case when we approached them to conduct Mums funeral, we found out it had been taken over by Daniel who is of African/ Caribbean descent and regardless of this after speaking with Daniel for a short while it became apparent to us that we would be happy for him to carry out our Mums funeral service as he reassured us in every possible manner that he was fully aware of our wishes and love and respect for our now departed Mother.
He was extremely respectful and courteous during the whole process which in itself can be quite consuming and tiresome, he helped us to choose the best kind of service and gave us very sound advice regarding all aspects of the procedures.
Considering our mother was of Welsh & English Descent he arranged a beautiful service for us and we are truly grateful for all his efforts in giving our Mother a wonderful send off.
We would highly recommend Daniel and his team to anybody of any religion or Nationality that requires this service,

Unproffessional rude uncommunicating lack communication between themselves. Please be aware of this funeral parlor worst service ever.
My children\'s father passed away on the 30th April 2016 was taken from the hospital 6 days later has been in the chapel of rest (fridge) since then today\'s date 21st may this is not there office no one is there getting hold of the owner is a no go up til now my son can not say goodbye to his dad because he is still not ready for viewing has been told that he can say good bye to his dad on the day that he is laid to rest never heard of such rubbish in all my life would not recommend this funeral service to anyone been told it\'s more like a circus
We were treated very well by the directors. Each person we came into conact with was very professional, compassionate, attentive. We felt very comfortable when having to talk about our mums passing and whaar we want etc. We had fault to mention for us it was perfect. Definitely recommend.
