Ginns and Gutteridge have not changed. Looked after my Grandmother, Mother and lately my brother. High standards of contact and guidance at a difficult time in any ones life. Listening and caring, preparing for the funeral, all at a professional level yet compassionate and fully aware of each family's differing needs. Thankyou.
Terrible experience with Ginns and Gutterige in Leicester. Almost two years since we buried my nan, the grave was not completed until 19months and the surround is not level and an angel previously on the grave has not been returned after they took it into storage. We constantly have to chase, they blame the stone masons and take no responsibility despite receiving payment in full for a shoddy job, poor customer service and no regard for upholding their end of the transaction. Loss is hard enough to cope with, without dealing with incompetence .
