Professional service with the personal touch

After the recent death of our lovely Dad we used the services of Banks at Beech Hill Wigan.
The whole process was handled with dignity and compassion.
A special mention to Nicola Disley, her professionalism, calmness, empathy and her lovely caring disposition is an absolute credit to your company.
She really made the day of the funeral very special for our family.

Where do I start do many things have gone wrong its now been a year and still problems not rectified be careful they billed me twice for digging grave and have sent bills for things that have already been payed for spent over 6500 pounds with them

Abysmal service

We had a terrible experience with R Banks and Sons. My aunt passed away from cancer. My mum arranged the funeral with my help and when we attended they took the details and a photograph for the Order of Service. The photo had my mum and aunt on and we expressly explained this and my mum offered to cut the photo. despite assurances my mum's photo nearly appeared on the order of service, but thanks to their supplier this was sorted.

We were then messed around when attempting to collect the ashes which were presented divided in 3 as asked, but just in plastic bags.

Disgraceful service, don't bother with them!
