I was absolutely amazed at how we were treated from the first conversation to the last. The 2 undertakers both called Andy turned up on time and explained everything nothing was too much trouble they are kind caring and friendly we cannot thank them enough for how they helped us in our loss. It is a very personal service where the minister Eddie asks about the deceased which in my case was my mother in law Norma. After the service every body came out and said how brilliant it was as we all laughed and cried and celebrated the life of Norma. nothing was too much trouble Thank you to you all for making a hard day easier.
