Masons well never again the cars are horendous, filthy inside old tatty and out of date. The funeral arrangements were hap hazard at best, i am 72 years old and i have never seen anything like it, im sure the coffin was a reject no polish on it 4 handles there is cheap and there is rubbish the whole outfit should be condemmed.
I recently contacted J Mason & Son to conduct my mums funeral who passed away in october. Jane & lizzie greeted us with warmth and care. The funeral went perfectly and jane couldn't do enough for us she made a sad occasion very comforting. I would recommend masons 100%.
I lost my mum and was arranging her funeral I didn't know what to go or what needed to be done I visited a,few local funeral directors in Lancaster.but once I went to mason and son and met Lizzy and Jane they made me feel calmer put me at ease they told me what I needed to do but most of all they took.time out to sit and have a chat and listen to what I wafted and what mum was like .they were so warm and kind and friendly I knew I has made the right choice by choosing them to do mums funeral . The day of mums funeral they were so smart ..and they carried out all of our wishes they provided such a professional job and an amazing service I would highly recomend them to anyone who had the need to use them youll
Not find any company more friendly than masons &son and will provide such a high level of service
We lost my mum three weeks ago and I was arranging the funeral...it was mind blowing I didn't know were to start I'd visted a few funeral directors in Lancaster. But as soon as I met Jane and Lizzy at Masons I knew instantly they were who I wanted to look after mum and carry out her funeral.they made me feel. At ease they're wasn't anything i asked them they couldn't do .theyvwwre so warm and friendly towards us and really looked after mum.they looked so smart with they're uniforms on the day of the funeral .a,massive thankyou to masons&son. O would highly recomend these to anyone that needs there services

They did an amazing job they were professional but also.they wete caring and put us as a family at ease .they were willing to go that extra mile they were fantastic I cannot thank them enough for every thing
well where to start the woman in charge dresses like a clown, we were greeted by a young woman with multi coloured hair not suitable for a funeral director. Im sorry to leave such a negative review but honestly are these people for real? we decided not to use this firm in the end and went else where sorry but funerals should be dignified and this company is not.
