Birds Funeral Directors were excellent when we planned the Funeral of a family member. The young man that did all the paperwork and discussed our options was professional, helpful, respectful and patient. The Funeral itself was perfect in every detail. Many thanks for all you did to make the process as easy and stress free as possible.
Awful in every way. Not recommended at all. I want to see my mother and because I was assertive in my conversation to you, you now say your not going to continue with my mothers funeral, And that you will refund a certain amount of the deposit. You tell my sister that we are rude!? How are we rude asking for what we want in our mothers funeral? We don’t need your unprofessional business manners. We need understanding and sympathetic manners. You just want money. I get your a business but hello we need sympathy! I want respect for my mother! I will most definitely pay to have my mother embalmed but please don’t ever tell me I can’t see my mother because you need more money!!!! Awful business I will be glad when we have a professional funeral business take her away from you. Good day to you.
