I want to thank the coop funeralcare in Dartford from the moment we arranged the funeral with the First Lady to the gentleman at the end the compassion and respect you give to passed ones is something money simply cannot buy. The amount of dignity and respect you have shown my nan at the end of her journey will be forever in my memory. You have been honest and true full throughout the whole journey thank you for making what was one of the hardest days of my life in a way easier, my nan was a dignified private lady and you helped keep this right until the very end. You should all be so proud of the team you have their you do a brilliant job. Thank you again x

I want to say a huge thank you to all the team in dartford coop funeral care from the moment my mum and I stepped in you were honest true to your word and welcoming, the dignity you treated my nan with the small little things that you do you should be absolutely proud of you have made the passing and the whole process so much more barable. To the lady that dealt with us at the beginning to the gentleman at the end your team should be very proud of yourselves you treat the passed with such dignatity and respect making the whole upsetting process a lovely memory I will forever hold.
