He gave guidance, helped us to achieve some unusual requests and ensured that all stages of my mum's funeral ran smoothly, including the events building up to it. I lost track of how many times someone came up to me and said "it was just right". My mum would certainly have loved it. I don't think we could ask for more. True Professionals.
