Lynne added so much light & ease to such a daunting experience. We were welcome anytime & Lynne made me feel cared for. The team was so patient with us & were happy to help wherever they could. Constable and Toop at Downham way we’re very professional on the day of my mums funeral,from arranging funeral right up to the last minute of the day,Debbie was fantastic,very calming and talked us through the whole day,I would have no hesitation in recommending constable and Toop to all my friends and family,the whole team are fantastic and very caring,thank you so much for making a sad day a little easier for me to get through.
We received first class service from start to finish. all the staff were so kind and considerate throughout the difficult process of organising the funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and they kept in contact and updated us on the processes and procedures.

Debbie, the manager,of the Bromley branch for Constable & Toop & Lynn her assistant & their team were absolutely wonderful to say the least! I was kept informed on my mums well-being right up to the day of the funeral & Debbie even took text messages to pass on to my mum while she was in her care! On the day itself they were punctual, professional, discreet & attentive. True experts in their field. Debbie was superwoman herself in a top hat! The limos and the hearse, mums coffin were just absolutely beautiful to see. I cannot recommend or praise them highly enough for this company and the Edmonds and Sons Brixton branch also. Absolutely lovely, wonderful people to work & plan your loved ones day of rest with. I would give them 100% out of 100% for certain, as well as a full 5 star rating.
