After losing a loved one the last thing you need is incompetent admin staff making arrangements. My mum had a funeral plan which should have made things easier, but it didn't. I was constantly onto them so my mum's day would be perfect. The actual funeral day was perfect led by a very caring professional funeral director, shame the admin staff aren't the same. Now 2 months to the day the donations are just being sent!
The Leominster team headed by Val are truly wonderful compassionate people. They helped us through a very difficult time showing care and willingness to spend time with us during the arranging and also on chapel visits. Nothing was too much for them. The staff are all immaculately turned out and I felt very proud to have them with us on the day. Can't praise them and thank them enough. Highly recommend using them rather than other local funeral directors.
