We found Stephen to be gentle, discreet sympathetic and warm.
We wanted a low key and personal service and he gave guidance but supported us to do it our own way. He is busy and timings of things weren’t always ideal, for example our visit to the chapel of rest when we had to wait till 8.15 the night before the funeral to see our relative. This made for a very distressing day. However on the day of the funeral Stephen and his team were spot on. Thank you Stephen.
We contacted Stephen for our dads funeral in 2010 ,Stephen went above and beyond to get our dad home. once again we need his services for our mam in 2017, Stephen was kind compassionate, caring and very very professional.
I would highly recommend.
My Grandmother was looked after by Stephen Jones after her death in a care home. When I arrived at his Bethesda funeral home I discovered that it is not a proper funeral home and just a basic shed. There was nobody there to allow me to see my Grannie and when I contacted him he didn't speak to me directly. I was unable to see my Grannie before she was taken back to her home town for her funeral. I found the set up unprofessional and uncaring.
